Return Policy
Except as otherwise described herein or in our Terms & Conditions, if you are not satisfied for any reason, items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange. IECOM will not cover the cost of return shipping, IECOM only credit the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt. Certain exceptions apply.
Return a Purchase
Items can be returned from order history while logged in, or by using your order number and email address. A button to return item(s) will be available as long as they are within 30 days of shipment.
Items submitted for a return online are eligible for a full credit refund. For replacements, please contact Customer Support.
To Return Item(s) to IECOM:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
Exceptions
- Returned items must be in the original packaging, contain all components, and be in new condition.
- Returns may require additional information or a photo of the item(s) to process the return.
- Returns received at IECOM without a packing slip may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
- Returns received without an IECOM return label may not be credited.
IECOM reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns that, in IECOM’s sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate. See Terms & Conditions for more information.
Damaged Items
We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if the item is damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will do all we can to remedy the situation—either by sending a replacement item or refunding your order—and we’ll help you return the damaged item at our expense. Start the return online for a full credit refund, or contact Customer Service for replacements.
