Free Returns within 30 Days of Shipment

 

Return Policy

Except as otherwise described herein or in our Terms & Conditions, if you are not satisfied for any reason, items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange. IECOM will not cover the cost of return shipping, IECOM only credit the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt. Certain exceptions apply.

 

Return a Purchase

Items can be returned from order history while logged in, or by using your order number and email address. A button to return item(s) will be available as long as they are within 30 days of shipment. 

Items submitted for a return online are eligible for a full credit refund. For replacements, please contact Customer Support.

 

To Return Item(s) to IECOM:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Submit request".

 

Exceptions

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, contain all components, and be in new condition.
  • Returns may require additional information or a photo of the item(s) to process the return. 
  • Returns received at IECOM without a packing slip may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
  • Returns received without an IECOM return label may not be credited.

IECOM reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns that, in IECOM’s sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate. See Terms & Conditions for more information.

 

Damaged Items

We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if the item is damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will do all we can to remedy the situation—either by sending a replacement item or refunding your order—and we’ll help you return the damaged item at our expense. Start the return online for a full credit refund, or contact Customer Service for replacements.

Shipping

Sign in and get fast, free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Shipping shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why when you sign in or sign up for a free IECOM account, you won’t be charged for standard ground shipping on orders over $75 for most products on IECOM-shop.com. Please note that a small number of products may require an additional surcharge due to special delivery needs that result from factors such as product weight and size. To avoid any surprises at checkout, we’ve made these surcharges as transparent as possible by clearly marking all items that require special delivery on our product pages, in your shopping cart, and anywhere else they may apply.

 

IECOM Shipping Policy

Orders Less Than $75

A non-refundable $5.99 shipping and handling fee is charged to customers who are signed into their IECOM-shop.com account when they place an order totaling less than $75 (before tax) that is shipped to one address within the contiguous United States. This $5.99 shipping and handling fee will not be charged for items that incur an associated delivery surcharge as described above.

Orders of $75+

Except for certain exceptions noted below, no shipping and handling is charged to customers who are signed into their IECOM-shop.com account for standard ground delivery on orders of $75 or more before tax and shipped to one address within the contiguous United States.

Please note: Customers who check out as “guests” with an order less than $75 before tax will have shipping and handling charges added to their order.

 

Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.


Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

 

International and P.O. Box Orders

IECOM only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed. IECOM does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier's website.

 

Expedited Shipping Rules

To qualify for expedited shipping, IECOM must receive your order on Monday–Friday before 3 pm (CT). IECOM does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs., and not contain any hazardous materials.

Expedited orders only ship on business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have any questions, email us at iecomchicago@gmail.com.

 

Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is available for select items only and may be limited or otherwise unavailable based on the shipping address of the customer. To qualify for Next-Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 4 pm local time Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated delivery information.

 

International Shipping

IECOM cannot export products at this time.
